LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to work within an established LensCrafters subleasing practice. You will provide comprehensive eye care, operate in a fully equipped OD office, and coordinate with a Subleasing doctor on terms and scheduling.

The role emphasizes professional autonomy, flexible scheduling options, and access to advanced devices like Clarifye and Daytona Optomap for patient care.

Qualifications

• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice.
• Office with a full suite of OD equipment and advanced eye exam technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor.
