Grocery Outlet seeks experienced retail leaders to own and operate their own stores across the United States. This Independent Operator model offers autonomy, strong support, and uncapped earnings potential.

You’ll be responsible for store operations, team leadership, merchandising, community engagement, and financial performance while benefiting from corporate training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, compliance and profitability.
• Recruit, hire and train a high-performing team for excellent customer service.
• Manage merchandising, buying, and product variety to fit local community needs.
• Engage with the community and support local causes aligned with company mission.
• Drive financial performance including sales, margins, expenses and profitability.
• Create an inviting, well-stocked store and a smooth customer experience.
• Operate store with autonomy while leveraging corporate support.
