You will provide patient-centered primary care in an independent clinical practice, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality care to employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number.
• Participation as a provider in Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and other third-party payment programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience.
