You will provide comprehensive nephrology care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including dialysis services, while engaging in medical education and teaching opportunities with learners at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship completed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical license and hospital staff privileges.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
