Job summary

Kidney, an established independent nephrology practice in New Haven, CT, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible nephrologist to join our group. The position offers clinical autonomy, inpatient and outpatient nephrology care, and potential for partnership after two years in a private practice setting.

You will build a durable patient panel, contribute to medical education, and have opportunities for dialysis directorships or ownership growth while maintaining ties with local teaching

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Eligible for Connecticut medical license and hospital privileges
• DEA registration or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient nephrology care at a tertiary center and outpatient CKD, hypertension, nephrolithiasis, and dialysis
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
• Develop ownership ownership pathway and pursue practice growth within an independent group
