Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Tech for the Breckenridge location. The role involves performing MRI imaging with limited supervision, on a full-time dayshift schedule (two 8-hour shifts, two 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, 0700-2000).

The MRI Tech will operate independently, notify service personnel when equipment issues arise, and ensure supplies are stocked to support imaging operations. Nurses and staff coordination is part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT within 90 days of hire.
• MRI Registry is required.
• Registry eligible candidates are required to obtain MRI certification within one year of employment.
• When in house training occurs, employee has 28 weeks of training before their one year period begins where they have to obtain MR certification.
• Must have current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostic MRI images independently.
• Notify appropriate persons for equipment services.
• Keep appropriate supplies stocked.
