Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency/information letters.
• Use inspection software/tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to Rising Sun, IN and surrounding counties as needed.
