Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in local retail stores. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets and installations.

You’ll collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory. Availability around major holidays and weekends is required; average weekly hours are 6–12. Training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classes.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays; some holidays may require working actual holiday.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocate card sections, and remodel tasks with two weeks' notice when assigned.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
