Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join the Lyra provider network in Virginia. Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and families, with in-person options preferred.

You’ll receive administrative and scheduling support, access to clinical consultations, and fast invoicing through Lyra’s platform. Qualified clinicians hold an unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD) and have a solid track record with CBT/ACT/DBT.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD).
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and outcome-focused care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and families; in-person Virginia delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy across ages and relationship scopes.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and participate in peer consultations.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s platform for scheduling and billing; ensure timely invoicing.
