Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network in Washington. The role offers both in-person and virtual therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with strong support for scheduling, billing, and clinical consultations.

You will practice evidence-based treatments and participate in Lyra’s collaborative network. You’ll work with a team that prioritizes accessible care, rapid client matching, and ongoing professional development through

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) without supervision.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and using measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a preference for in-person care.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual therapy to individuals and groups.
• Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based treatment across a range of mental health needs.
• Manage risk, respond to crises, and coordinate care with Lyra’s clinical team.
• Support clients with flexible scheduling and easy invoicing through Lyra’s platform.
