Job summary

Financial Grade Senior Consultants is seeking licensed Medicare Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 opportunity that lets you build and own your book of business while leveraging the support of a top-producing FMO.

Agents can work independently, set their own schedules, and sell in the field or over the phone, educating clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans to help them choose what suits their needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid health insurance license
• AHIP certification required (2026)
• Independent contractor with commission-based earnings

Responsibilities

• Educate Medicare-eligible clients on plans (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, PDP)
• Build and own a personal book of business
• Sell in field or telephonically and manage client relationships
