Job summary

Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa in Georgia is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join as an independent contractor. The role offers open hours across a 7-day schedule (10am–5pm) with weekends busiest.

You will provide customized massage therapies, handle client assessments, and maintain accurate records in a professional spa environment. As a 1099 contractor, you set your hours with the team, receive compensation based on commission or hourly rates, and enjoy treatment room facilities,

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage is required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities are necessary.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs.
• Assess client medical history and conditions to choose appropriate techniques.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction during sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations and sessions.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards of massage therapy.
