Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

Compensation includes $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels, $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients, plus commissions on skincare and apparel. This role favors an entrepreneurial mindset and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active massage therapy license.
• A professional space to see clients.
• Strong customer service skills — you're building ongoing client relationships, not one-off sessions.
• Experience booking and managing your own client schedule.

Responsibilities

• You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system.
• Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.
