MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to assigned patients under limited supervision. You will implement the plan of treatment, maintain nursing care plans, and document all activities in clinical notes according to policy.

Responsibilities include communicating changes in patient status to supervisory staff, modifying orders as clinically indicated, and participating in agency activities while ensuring timely, accurate care delivery.

Competenze

• Active NC Nursing license required.
• TB test or chest X-ray results required.
• CPR certification required as per agency policy.

Mansioni

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documents on clinical notes, supplemental orders and nursing care plan.
• Notifies Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager of changes in patient status.
