Qualifications

• Experience with construction classifications ISO 1–6.
• Knowledge of general liability and property coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections as an independent contractor.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports including exterior measurements and diagrams.
• Photograph the property, note observations, recommendations, and hazards.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards.
