Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Residential Instructor to support individuals in residential programs, helping them build daily living and independent living skills. You will supervise, provide person-centered care, and encourage residents toward greater independence and community involvement.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork, with attention to safety, documentation, and collaboration with others to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
