Responsabilidades

• Provide daily living support (ADLs) and personal care.
• Implement individualized goals within ISP.

• Administer medications as authorized and trained; complete MAR.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures (including 24-hour support).
• Report attendance issues and incidents to supervisor.
