Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teaches independent living skills to consumers.
• Assists with personal care as needed.
• Maintains communication with supervisor and records daily notes.
• Plans and conducts daily classes/activities.
• Instructs clients on IPP objectives with positive reinforcement.
• Maintains/cleans classrooms, training areas, and kitchen.
• Transports clients for training as needed.
• Attends annual reviews and required trainings.
