The Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking awake overnight support staff for an intensive residential treatment setting serving adults with significant mental health symptoms and functional impairments.

You will assist clients in developing independent living skills, administer and monitor medications, and support safety and well-being. The role includes delivering individual and group services and completing documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of mental health treatment approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Attention to documentation and medication management.
• Demonstrated empathy and commitment to client safety.
