Job description

Allegria Village, a Senior Living Community in Dearborn, is looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Independent Living Sales Team.

Requirements: Must have Independent Living Sales Experience.

Some duties to include:

~ Developing new business opportunities to meet established trends

~ Facilitating client and referral meetings

~ Reporting weekly sales forecasts, developing market analysis to identify client needs, price schedules and overall homecare market sales trends

~ Finding creative ways to stay current with market competitors; delivering sales presentations to prospective clients with a solid closing ratio

~ Responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community achieves and maintains its targeted occupancy and growth

Other tasks include:

~ Generating and completing tours

~Contributing to our social media presence

~Maintaining relationships within the community

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry

Previous experience in event planning, referral sourcing, and having a successful sales process
