Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Program Specialist in Drums, PA. The role uses best practices and technology in a community-based residential setting to teach individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Starting pay is $55,000 per year. Responsibilities include staff evaluations, budgeting, scheduling, trainings, and maintaining documentation. Requires advanced degree options and valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above with relevant experience in disability services.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in relevant field or 60 credit hours with 4+ years experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete staff evaluations including 90-day and annual reviews.
• Monitor and maintain residential budgets.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Monitor and schedule required trainings, seminars, and conferences.
• Monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and prepare progress reports.
