Job summary

The Henry & William Evans Home is seeking a compassionate Independent Living Coordinator to help prepare youth for successful adulthood while serving as part of our residential care team. This position requires availability afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities include teaching independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, employment readiness, transportation, and household management), developing and monitoring plans, mentoring youth, and collaborating with schools and caseworkers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year working with youth required.
• Experience with foster care or residential programs preferred.

• Experience working with youth, foster care, or residential programs preferred
• Minimum 1 year working with youth required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background checks.

This full-time position combines direct care with life skills instruction in a supportive, team-oriented environment dedicated to helping youth build successful futures.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
