Job summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other modalities
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build strong provider‑patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Michigan

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience post‑master’s degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals, families, and children/adolescents
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
