This is contract work; service occurs every other week with payment issued per location. Typical monthly earnings range from $50 to $150 per site, depending on scope and requirements.

Qualifications

• Independent janitorial contractors capable of reliable, ongoing service.
• Established commercial cleaning businesses.
• Ability to service one location or develop a route of nearby locations.
• Transportation available to meet an every-other-week service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming the sales floor
• Cleaning restrooms
• Wiping high-touch surfaces
• General light janitorial cleaning
• Completing basic service documentation, if required
