Contractors may service one location or accept multiple nearby locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover on an every‑other‑week schedule.

Each location averages about 3,500 square feet; visits are expected to take 30–60 minutes.

Qualifications

• Independent janitorial contractors
• Established commercial cleaning businesses
• Individuals or companies capable of providing consistent, reliable service
• Contractors interested in servicing one location or developing a route of multiple nearby locations
• Contractors with dependable transportation and the ability to meet an every‑other‑week service schedule

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming the sales floor
• Cleaning restrooms
• Wiping high-touch surfaces
• General light janitorial cleaning
• Completing basic service documentation, if required
