Job summary

Nomad Global Communication Solutions, known as Nomad GCS, is seeking IT Engineers to design, document, test, and support IT systems powering Nomad’s mission-critical platforms.

Roles span several levels, from supporting junior tasks to leading complex architectures, with collaboration across Electrical, Mechanical, IT, and Software disciplines and accountability for security compliance and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT knowledge including system design and documentation.
• Experience applying security and compliance standards to IT designs.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Software).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IT systems for Nomad vehicles and platforms.
• Create and maintain IT build documentation and BOMs.
• Ensure designs meet security, safety, and government compliance requirements.
• Support manufacturing by resolving build issues and improving design clarity.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
