Compensation is performance-based with an uncapped commission structure and a weekly base draw during startup, plus opportunities for stock options and leadership development as you progress.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license.
• Five+ years of professional experience preferred (outside sales ok).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfort using a smartphone, CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners to provide consultative insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service.
• Manage your own territory, schedule, and client pipeline.
