About the Role

Symmetry Financial Group - The Brown Agency is seeking new INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS who are eager to learn, work hard, and succeed. This remote, part-time or full-time position offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to build your own agency, and unlimited income potential. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance to clients who have already expressed interest.
• Provide professional advice and support to clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship.
• Utilize provided leads and market products such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Planning, Retirement Planning, Indexed Universal Life, Fixed and Indexed Annuities, and Debt-Free Life programs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Part-Time: 15-20 hours/week, earning $2,500-$5,000+ per month.
• Full-Time: 35-45 hours/week, earning $7,000-$12,000+ per month.
• Commission-based with daily payouts.
• No cold calling, no MLM, no membership or franchise fees.
