Responsibilities

• Manage an established and active book of business and grow it across COUNTRY Financial products.
• Educate clients and prospects about our financial products and services.
• Balance independence with collaboration with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.
• Establish a local office and build a staff as needed.
• Diversify income through our portfolio of property/casualty, life and health lines.
