Job summary

Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. You will operate as an independent contractor with support, dedicated services, and access to a comprehensive product portfolio.

Focus on relationship-building, market access, and presenting products to groups and individuals while leveraging Horace Mann’s resources and technology to grow your agency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident state general lines licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within Horace Mann's exclusive territory.
• Present products to educators and groups as needed.
• Develop a strong network through community and industry events.
• Provide exceptional client service through your dedicated service team.
