Job summary

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business. This role offers autonomy as an independent contractor, with opportunities to expand across property/casualty, life and health products while educating clients and prospects about COUNTRY offerings.

Agents partner with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors and have the freedom to set their schedules, establish an office, and build a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established, active book of business and grow it across COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Diversify income through property/casualty, life, and health lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
