Job summary

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking experienced insurance professionals to manage an established, growing book of business across property/casualty, life and health lines. As independent contractors, agents operate their own business but gain access to COUNTRY’s resources and brand support.

Successful agents are entrepreneurial, strong communicators with business acumen and a passion for community impact. Licenses for Property/Casualty and Life/Health are preferred or obtainable upon contract decision.

Qualifications

• Property/Casualty State Insurance License*
• Life/Health State Insurance License*
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage an established book of business and drive growth.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
