COUNTRY Financial® is seeking Insurance Agents who operate as independent contractors to grow business with existing and prospective clients. Agents diversify income across property & casualty, life and health lines and enjoy scheduling flexibility while educating clients about products.

They collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors and have the opportunity to establish an office and staff. No buy-in is required, with licenses obtainable as contracts are considered.

Qualifications

• Property/Casualty State Insurance License*
• Life/Health State Insurance License*
• Bachelor's degree or higher education related to business or finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Diversify income through COUNTRY Financial's portfolio of property & casualty, life and health products.
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial offerings.
• Establish an office and build a staff; manage schedules to balance career and personal life.
