Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to shape a personal agency within an exclusive territory. You will sell a multiline portfolio to educators and related groups, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a dedicated service representative to support client service work.

Income is 1099-based with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives, plus opportunities to expand your network and territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.

Responsibilities

• Present products to groups and individuals to grow the business.
• Identify affordable insurance solutions and financial security for educators.
• Engage in networking, community, and industry events to build relationships.
