Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a client base.
• Excellent communicator with business acumen.
• Willing to obtain required state licenses (P/C and Life/Health).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in insurance/financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate clients about insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
