Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated and goal driven.
• Strong communicator with excellent business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; licenses may be required to operate as COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agent.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to coordinate financial solutions.
• Establish an office and build a staff to support clients in the community.
