This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Insurance Agent at TIBAF INSURANCE. The Independent Insurance Agent will be responsible for generating new insurance business, servicing existing clients, understanding client needs and explaining insurance policies, providing customized insurance solutions, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

We are seeking Independent Insurance Agents to work remotely in a high-impact, full-time sales role. Whether you're licensed and experienced or new to the industry, this opportunity is structured to provide mentorship, systems, and success.

You’ll meet with clients, present insurance solutions, and handle application processing. You’ll also maintain compliance and grow your own book of business through company-provided leads, marketing, and client referrals.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling client documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant certifications and licenses required for an insurance agent
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus

Assess client insurance needs via phone and virtual meetings

Present and enroll clients in a Comprehensive plan: ACA, Medicare, Med Supplemental Life, IUL 401k, and Annuity plans

Process quotes and applications in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner

Work a minimum of 40 hours per week to meet production goals:

100+ monthly sales (2+ years experience)

50+ monthly sales (1+ year experience)

3+ daily sales (new agents)

Provide ongoing service, support, and policy reviews

Document client communication in CRM

Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow-through

Adhere to CMS, HIPAA, and state insurance regulations

Submit all required paperwork, SOA forms, and scripts as needed

Maintain all required certifications and licensure

CRM platform for case and lead management

Company-generated lead opportunities that are affordable

Training for sales systems, Medicare compliance Training, and quoting tools

Ongoing coaching and professional development

You must:

1.Have an active Health License in your home state

2.Be licensed in at least 10 of the 15 following states upon onboarding, and complete the rest within 8 weeks:

3.Required States:

KS, MI, NC, OH, SC, TX, KY, MO, OK, SD, IN, MS, NE, TN, LA

4.Must have a Life License in the following including the state that you reside in: NE, MS, LA, TX, TN, KS, IN

Required Qualifications

·Minimum 1–2 years of health insurance sales experience preferred

·Call center and remote customer service experience strongly preferred

·CRM, Health Sherpa, Medicare App, and Excel proficiency

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

·Ability to multi-task across 10 systems while assisting clients

·Must pass a background check

·3–5 years preferred working from home

·Minimum 1 year experience required to onboard

·Must provide proof of E&O insurance (we can assist)

·Awards, certificates, and recognition a plus

·Be teachable and able to learn quickly

·Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume environments

·Complete $50 insurance course (TIBAF covers $150)

·Must pass a background check

·Have (or obtain) E&O Insurance (assistance provided)

·Computer or Laptop (No cellphones, tablets, Chromebooks)

·High-Speed Internet (– no Wi-Fi No satellite; hardwired only)

·Quiet workspace in a room with a closed door (HIPAA-compliant)

·Dual monitors for system navigation

·Webcam required (on camera during 8-hour shifts)

Shifts Available:

7 AM – 4 PM EST- Non Licensed Training (1 hour lunch)

8 AM – 5 PM EST

9 AM – 6 PM EST

(Shift depends on call volume, lead availability, and team needs)

Must follow provided script and process/disposition calls properly
