COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business across property/casualty, life, and health lines. As an independent contractor, you’ll have autonomy to grow with COUNTRY Financial’s product suite and serve communities with integrity.

Educate clients, diversify income, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to provide a full range of protections and financial solutions.

• Able to obtain required licenses and build a client-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established and active book of business across COUNTRY Financial products.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Diversify income by offering a portfolio of property/casualty, life and health lines.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial solutions.
• Establish an office and build a staff, balancing flexible scheduling with client service.
• Grow the book through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
