COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agents operate as independent contractors who run their own business with support from COUNTRY. They educate clients, offer a broad portfolio of P&C, life and health products, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to present comprehensive financial solutions.

Agents have uncapped earning potential, no buy-in, and the freedom to manage their schedules while making a positive impact in their communities.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal driven.
• A strong communicator with excellent business acumen.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Diversify income through our portfolio of property and casualty, life and health lines.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
• Balance flexible schedules with client commitments.
