COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agents operate as independent contractors, building their own business while serving clients with a consultative approach to insurance products across property & casualty, life, and health lines.

Qualifications

• Property/Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
• Life/Health license required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2+ years in insurance/financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance needs and products.
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services.
• Build and manage a client portfolio with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of our financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
