CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector is seeking independent contractors in the Greenville–Anderson, SC area. Set your own hours and build your own route, using your own associates if you have them, with pay per completed inspection.

As a 1099 contractor you control your schedule, travel to properties for exterior inspections with occasional interior work, and are paid monthly for completed inspections through our mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections with occasional interior inspections.
• Have brief, professional conversations with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions via the mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos when needed.
• Schedule your own interior/high-value inspections in advance.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
