Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice in Colorado is seeking Compassionate Veterinarians to practice end-of-life care with families in their homes. You’ll provide in-home hospice and euthanasia, listen with empathy, and help families say goodbye with dignity and peace.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required; licensed to practice in the U.S.
• License verification, background check, and driving record review prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets in their familiar surroundings.
• Support families with compassionate communication and guidance during end-of-life decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, empathetic patient care and ongoing professional development.
