Gold Standard Therapy Solutions is seeking licensed therapists to provide 45-minute in-home treatments across California. You set your pay rates per visit and choose the zip codes and coverage areas you want, building a flexible schedule without minimums.

Behind the scenes, you’ll have access to an all-in-one app, a virtual assistant, faster charting, instant clinical support, automated invoicing, and reliable direct deposits twice per month.

Qualifications

Active CA Therapy License and at least 1 year of licensed experience.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance.
Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

Responsibilities

Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments on your terms.
Manage your own schedule and patient load.
Utilize the all-in-one app and virtual assistant to track tasks.
Ensure timely documentation and charting with auto-population features.
Provide high-quality care with instant clinical support when needed.
