Atlantic Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department to work 8am-4pm in Somerset County. You will evaluate and treat patients in the patient’s home and collaborate with a team of health providers to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications
