Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and complete on-site HVRI surveys.
• Document custom construction features and unique architectural elements.
• Capture measurements, photos, and site observations.
• Identify underwriting concerns, hazards, and loss exposures.
• Develop replacement cost estimates reflecting quality materials.
• Submit timely reports meeting carrier guidelines.
• Communicate findings via Loss Control 360 on Signature site.
