Job summary
Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dobbs Ferry, NY is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dedicated geriatric team. The PTA will assist the licensed therapist to support mobility, reduction of pain, and overall wellness for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Candidates must hold PTA licensure in the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and enjoy working with older adults.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
- SNF experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Promote overall fitness and wellness for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
