Job summary

SFS, Inc. is seeking a Furniture Assembly Technician for part-time, ongoing in-store and in-home assembly assignments across the U.S.

As an Independent Contractor, you will assemble RTA furniture and related items, with opportunities to work on TV wall mounts, grills, sporting goods, bicycles, and display racks. You control when and how much you work, set your own schedule, and get paid quickly with DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must possess merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly experience.
• Ability to assemble products according to client’s written instructions.
• Able to understand plan-o-grams and perform customized category resets independently.
• Able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend and stand for extended periods.
• Internet access & active email address.
• Report client work completions on the same day as service.
• Reliable transportation, some travel involved.
• Have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RTA furniture and related products per client instructions.
• Travel to in-home or in-store assembly sites as required.
• Maintain safety and quality during assembly.
• Manage own schedule and contractor duties.
• Report work completions to SFS, Inc. on the day of service.
