Job summary

Precoa is hiring an Advance Funeral Planner in New Orleans, LA. You will leverage lead generation and a dedicated team to close pre-set appointments and help families plan their final wishes. A life insurance license (or the ability to obtain one) will credential you for growth.

You’ll work with over 50 agents providing appointment setting, mentorship, and marketing resources to succeed in this growing industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Earn competitive compensation by closing pre-set appointments (typical $65,000-$80,000 annually with no earning cap)
• Lead generation and strategic marketing programs provided at no cost; represent premier funeral homes in qualified meetings (about 90 mins)
• Precoa Escapes Sales Incentive Trips for you and your family
• Hold or obtain a life insurance license to gain professional credentials
• Be independent, not alone with a support team of over 50 agents; mentorship and coaching provided
• Focus on connecting with clients to plan final wishes and provide peace of mind for loved ones
