Job summary

First Command is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to guide military families toward financial security. This independent contractor role focuses on deep, long-term client relationships and high-touch service.

You will deliver comprehensive planning and strategic advice, while growing your practice through referrals within the military community. Candidates must have Series 7 & 66 (or 6/63/65) and Life & Health licenses, with a proven track record of portfolio management and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or advisory roles.
• Licensing: Series 7 & 66 (or 6, 63, 65) and Life & Health LICENSE.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor across client goals in wealth accumulation, preservation, and legacy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized financial plans including investments, retirement, taxes, insurance, and estate considerations.
• Provide a high-touch client experience with clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive guidance.
• Engage the military community to grow referrals and opportunities.
