Job summary

Allstate Financial Specialist in the United States builds your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand, with support from Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and access leads.

You’ll meet clients face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals, leveraging Allstate resources and continued education to grow revenue while maintaining independent contractor status.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a financial services practice under Allstate brand.
• Build relationships with Allstate agency owners and obtain leads.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and provide financial guidance.
• Work with licensed professionals to build deep relationships and revenue.
